What Happens Next
-
1
We Reply by Email
We reply with any questions your email left open, such as the equipment involved, its location or the dates that suit you.
-
2
We Agree the Scope and Schedule
Once your answers are in, we set out the scope. You confirm the dates for the pickup, repair batch, deployment or on-site work.
-
3
The Work Is Done as Agreed
The work takes place on the dates you confirmed. An IT asset disposition (ITAD) job closes with the serialized audit report and a certificate of data destruction for each device. Repaired devices come back to you, and deployed devices reach your users.
FAQ
Questions Before You Email
Can we email a question before we have a job to give you?
Yes. Questions are welcome before you have a scope, a date or exact quantities. Ask what you need to know, and the reply will answer it and name the services that apply.
Is email the only way to reach Shivnet?
Yes. There is no phone number or web form. Everything from the first request to questions during the work is handled by email, so each decision is in writing.
Do we need exact quantities before we email?
No. Approximate quantities by equipment type are enough. For ITAD, each asset's serial number is recorded on receipt, so you do not need to list serial numbers in advance.
What if we are not sure which service we need?
Describe the equipment and what should happen to it. Shivnet replies with the services that fit and how they combine, for example retiring old devices while their replacements are imaged and deployed.
